About Sunday Streets in the Mission
Sunday Streets in the Mission is one of the most popular and populous events, drawing crowds from all over the city and the region to bike, walk, and explore the neighborhood. Since 2009, Sunday Streets has held at least one event a year in the Mission. This year, we’re excited to expand the Valencia St. portion of the route north to the McCoppin Hub and south to 26th St. Additionally, this year Mission Sunday Streets will activate 18th St. between Guerrero St. and Treat Ave.
Activities and more
The streets will be packed with arts and crafts, dancing, music, and a slew of other free activities. REI will host a rock climbing wall, Sports Basement is offering free bike tuneups, Parkwide has free bike rentals, and Sutter has free miniature golf! Explore the route by playing our Mission BINGO game, and you can be entered to win a cool Sunday Streets t-shirt! See our full activity list by clicking here.
